Someone compared Daggerheart and Draw Steel on here awhile ago, and it got me thinking: How important is art to a TTRPG? I ask because my supplements so far have been very lite on art - the NZ$ does not lend itself to a good exchange rate, so I'm trying to keep costs down.

Testing the waters here, but who out there would like to see a Daggerheart supplement full of vehicle rules? I have a *very* loose outline at the moment, but very broadly I'm coming up with a way to make some interesting race rules and some way of making vehicle combat viable.

Boy, I'm REALLY good at this self publishing thing. As in, I only just now (three days after the official release date) realized that I forgot to push the "make public" button on drivethrurpg. I'm GREAT at this, folks.

Now, who would've thought that the hardest part of writing my second Daggerheart campaign frame would be coming up with *thirty-one* social NPCs? I maaay have bitten off more than I can chew with this goal, folks. Time to recalibrate and trim the numbers back down to a manageable level.

Okay, this is bugging the heck out of me: a Latin word meaning something like hubbub. It can conjugate easily into a verb, and generally means the background noise of the populous. It's used in a piece of rhetoric somewhere as an advisory, as in "when this noise changes, be concerned". Any ideas?

Inspired by someone on reddit, this is what I'm calling the "#daggerheart Moh Scale of GM Moves". Note that spotlighting an adversary (the Daggerheart equivalent of taking an NPC action) is only the fourth hardest move you can make.

Oh! For anyone that stumbles across this at some unknowable date in the far future: I GM'd my first game of #Daggerheart (and my second game ever) the other day. One session, four hours. Hard to say if I've got a good sense of the rules yet, but we all had fun so I'm calling that a victory.

Time for A Very True Story! Over the New Year break, I sat on my ass and played video games so hard I broke my computer chair. That's it. That's the story. I mean, I was already going to get back in shape this year, but damn if that moment shouldn't have been the start of the script, right?

Figured I might tentatively put some of my #TTRPG work out there. Here we have the individual character sheets and the group motley sheet for KUNG FU GUN DUNGEONS, a game that is (hopefully) as crazy as it sounds. Inspired by Borderlands, FiTD, and Streets of New Capenna.

You know what? I'm actually gonna brag about this: I made a proper Ramen broth from scratch for the first time ever, and it was D E L I C I O U S.
