If we truly want collective liberation, we must also be devoted to our personal transformation. And, in a colonial paradigm, this also means we must undergo a process of decolonization of our minds.

To be a liberated woman navigating colonial patriarchy, you're going to have to learn that part of caring for the collective means caring for yourself too.

To be a liberated woman, you're going to have to learn to say no... ...without feeling guilty.

Despair is what the colonizer wants. HOPE IS ANCESTRAL.

Dear whyte people, Avoidance is not how we break the colonial cycle. Avoiding the colonial ancestors in your lineage only perpetuates harm. They must be confronted, offered healing rituals, & called to their work - just like the whyte ppl in your life. This is necessary for our liberation too.

Dear whyte healers, practitioners, & spiritual guides, It is an ETHICAL issue for you to be discerning with the ancestors you are working with. Colonial ancestors will be energetic vampires with your clients if you do not do your decolonial shadow work.

Dear whyte people, Yes, it is possible to reclaim a connection with your pre-colonial ancestors. Decolonizing your mind & doing the spiritual work to face the harm you've been complicit in to break the cycle is how you get there. This is Decolonial Shadow Work & now more than ever it's needed.

When you don't confront the colonial programming you've inherited, you allow yourself to become a portal for the colonial ancestors in your lineage to siphon your LIFE FORCE. This too is how the colonial cycle continues. Now more than ever, we must BREAK THE CYCLE.

Dear whyte people, Unlearning your whyte colonial mind allows you to be able to attune to the precolonial ancestors in your lineage & say no to the colonial ones that continue to cause harm. This is the journey of Decolonial Shadow Work.

It is time to call back your lineage from the colonial capitalist patriarchy.

This is the season of the ancestors. Move accordingly.

We need to set boundaries with the ancestors too. We need discernment with the ancestors too.

It is dangerous to ask for guidance from all the ancestors in your lineage. Particularly for whyte people. No explanation needed.

Healing must be decolonial. Healing must be collective. Healing must bring forth justice. Healing must not have us escaping our social reality, ...but must liberate us & empower us to co-create a better world.

We come from peoples who've survived colonial empire & we are being asked to call up that sacred warrior energy.

How do we stay in touch with the current times enough to change it while at the same time leaving spiritual space to imagine & create what's possible?

Your precolonial ancestors prayed for you to break the colonial cycle in your lineage.

Dear whyte people, Good intentions will not stop harm. Unlearning will. Repairing will. Being in right relationship will.

Whyte people must unlearn the colonial mind. Not as charity. As an act of humanity. Without it, domination continues. And the world cannot heal.

Dear whyte people, To be awake is not enough. To unlearn the colonial mind is the work that will liberate us all.

The Earth is calling. Pre-colonial Ancestors are calling. Communities are calling. Whyte people, it's time to answer, deprogram, divest, and return.

The old world is collapsing. Those who have benefited from it are being called to do it differently. To become co-creators of the ancient new...to unlearn, to repair, and to remember the sacred Earth ways.

The colonial mind is not dismantled through thought. It is dismantled through soul reckoning.

Dear whyte people, I really hope you can be open to this truth... You can be anti-fascist & still uphold colonial empire. I say this in love & truth, to call you in to right relation. Unlearning the colonial programming you've received so that you are no longer unconsciously complicit is key.

Ancestral work, without decolonial shadow work, for whyte people is spiritual bypassing.

I envision a world where our our personal & collective wellness is as natural as the sun rising & setting. Will you imagine and believe with me?

An embodied relationship with Mother Earth and a decolonial practice are essential to mental health care. Personal and collective wellness are key.

Colonization is at the root of our unwellness. Colonization creates soul loss. Mental health care & wellness efforts must then be rooted in decolonization.

Mental health care without abolition of the systems that are making us unwell are merely theater.

If the world truly cared about mental health, the colonial patriarchy would cease to be.

Don't doubt the power of the ancestors to help us bring forth collective liberation.
