Blue city. Trying some more blue hour shots at the moment while the timing is working well for them. I went to one of my favourite spots for long exposure photography, the footbridge over the Kingston bridge in Glasgow. Perfect vantage point to capture a lot of motion and colour in the one shot.

Back to blue. Wanted to capture this angle of the Squinty bridge during blue hour to give the sky a dramatic look. Also wanted to combine this with some light streaks so took a few attempts to get the timing right. Very happy with the results though!

Live. Captured this last night as Circa Waves were kicking off their night at the Barrowland Ballroom. Capturing the reflection of the iconic Barrowland sign on a car roof while timing a long exposure shot as bus passed by to bring life to the centre of the shot.

Queen Street. I managed to find a break in the rain last night to capture this shot of Glasgow Queen Street Station. I wanted to get it in between rain showers to get the nice light reflection from the road as the buses passed by.

GOMA. Decided to go out last night and capture this shot of the Gallery of Modern Art in Glasgow. Wanted to get it done before the high winds today 😅 Bit tricky this one as the buses turn off onto Ingram street, which limits the angles for the best light trails.

Underpass. I’ve passed under here often on way home from the South side but it was very recently that I noticed how nicely lit it was from this perspective. Luckily the near by bus stop helped in capturing these striking light trails!

Drift. On my way up to Glencoe, I stopped off at the stunning Lochan na h-Achlaise (Loch of the Armpit). I found this piece of driftwood and felt it perfectly contrasted with the moody scenery. #photography #Scotland
