I am fascinated by people’s lack of care for consent in the artist space, but it’s a conversation people are very clearly not ready for if we default to calling artists, who ask to respect their boundaries, all the dehumanising names we can possibly come up with.

the most devastating experience for me is finding an amazing artist at a con and the artist Only has instagram on their business card. no bluesky no furaffinity, no tumblr or deviantart. Only instagram. even if you go on a site just to post art then leave i beg people: please, crosspost your work
