I'm amazed by how I've managed to write 4 novels since 2021 (including rewriting a 109k draft into a 96k draft) while dealing with worsening chronic pain. Some days I wonder how I manage to get anything done. It doesn't seem like the pain will improve, but I'll keep writing.

I wish society wasn't so looks/appearance obsessed. I just want to write my novels and give back to my community as a nurse. I don't care to be judged for features and "flaws" that I cannot help. I don't care about being perfect or my body being tea. I just want to live as I am.

I honestly think I excel as a writer because I'm so hyperfocused and passionate about my work that I have no time to waste being jealous or envious of other's success. Like yes, good for you, celebrate your accomplishments, but I've got my work to do.
