Modern college basketball’s fandom has the “AIR-BALL” cadence all wrong. They’re giving it the “ASS-HOLE” treatment, which is much too fast. They should be doing whole notes, not half notes.

When I was a kid I had exactly ONE Disney Ducks Whitman comic book, this collected edition comprised entirely of Gyro Gearloose episodes. For years I mistakenly believed that he was the central protagonist of the ongoing Duckburg saga. I did like that little lightbulb friend of his, tho.

Just had a memory from about 15 years ago. Summer road trip, windows down, “Night Moves” comes on the radio. We notice guy next to us singing along, a shared moment. The chorus hits, we demonstratively belt it out, but guy gets super pissed. I always thought Seger fans had more chill.

A nice recap of a close friend’s niece’s performance in the Wisconsin state wrestling tournament. She tested the two-time champ in the semis. This other girl had never even lost a point before, never needed more than one round, and she took her through the third. Wrestles for 3rd place today.
