Finished reading up to volume 6 of Love, That’s an Understatement. This was such a cute read! Definitely less comedic than Lovesick, Ellie but Fujimomo’s art is so beautiful in this series. Risa and Zen’s dynamic is also the sweetest thing. 🥹🫶🏻

Ikoku Nikki is a great example that anime is a medium, not a genre and that it can tell stories with depth that stay with you.

The system is deeply inhuman. The alternative is freedom and peace. A series about two women making room for such a meaningful issue and exploring what it means to a better person as men: Journal with Witch, you really are That Show.

Because Toxic Masculinity is at the root of modern society's ills, is completely misunderstood by some of the very men getting hurt the most by it, and is now getting repackaged as the solution to their deep loneliness and insecurities.

Love, That's an Understatement volume 1 was SO CUTE! The delinquent trope isn’t something I love but he’s such a cutie pie in this story. I got so into the series that I’m reading volume 2 already and I forgot to watch my anime. 🥲

Someone in the neighborhood lost their little dog, so I kept him safe and played fetch with him while my family looked for his owners. He was such a friendly little dude. 🥹 Thankfully he’s been reunited with his family now and he left with a new tennis ball. 🎾
