After a lot of preparation, I'm moving biscuits.club over to Cloudflare today. Durable Objects are such a good fit for local-first tenants, whereas my single-VPC approach scaled fine but suffered as a single point of failure.

Cloudflare's abstractions and platform tooling are so dang nice.
