This is significant. In mid-2024 Russia had stopped using the rail line on the Crimea Bridge for military logistics, because of repeated strikes on the bridge. They used the new rail lines they had built in southern Ukraine for supplies.

No apparent changes around Pokrovsk from this map by ISW. The 5 Russian brigades in the north do not appear to be encircled or cut off, but they are being prevented from continuing the encirclement of Pokrovsk. There are 2 small blue areas in Pokrovsk and south that show Ukrainian counterattacks.
