I saw three back-to-back clients this afternoon. That's a short work day but still, I'm whipped. I'm an active therapist and use a lot of brain power per session - looking forward to resting tonight. I'm seeing clients at both offices tomorrow. A busy day. Sweet dreams. 💚

I just remembered something funny from the night I was in the ER: my guy was standing by the bed, dressed like this, when the doctor came in. She asked bluntly, "And who are you?" We said "my partner" and she said, "Oh. I just wanted to make sure you weren't the cab driver." 😄

11-4-24: We visited my Mom in Memory Care. While we were there, the fragile woman sitting next to my Mom kept reaching for my partner's hand. So he held the woman's hand - the entire time we were there. At one point she looked up at him and whispered, "Thank you for helping." 💜
