The Balogun reversal begs the question, how many other decisions in this #WorldCup have been interfered with by #Infantino and #tRump ? Also as we now appear to be at the stage where the rules get changed and made up as they go along, what other decisions are being made for the rest of the games?

Imagine if the head coach of the #US team chose not to play Balogun for the game against #Belgium and stuck to the rules, ignoring #Infantino and his duplicity and that of tRump's interference. Imagine, just imagine that level of honour and respect for the rules of the game?

While I'm a big fan of USA winning a soccer match,I'm very disturbed that our POTUS has put his thumb on the scale. If the U.S. does win the match, the rest of the world will see us as cheaters forever. Referees' decisions are checked during a game, not undone afterward.Sorry if this offends anyone.

Caught the repeat of the #Mexico v #England game in the #WorldCup on the #BBC this morning, was like watching it live. Obviously I'm not an #England fan, but credit where it's due, overcoming all the obstacles, altitude, heat & reduced to 10 men, winning 3-2 quite the feat, well done to 'em 👍

A #WorldCup that has so far been a pleasure to watch, much of it due to the absence of the corrupt Infantino & FIFA's interference in it. UEFA have made themselves heard, but they need to go further.

Well I said it would be interesting. #Norway deserving of their place in the Quarter Finals of the #WorldCup #Brazil for all the talent just didn't do enough and Norway's tactics were spot on. Class 2nd goal from Haaland buried Brazil. Even a dodgy Penalty at the death for Brazil couldn't save them.

Incredible finish to that game, intense drama and passion from both sides, but #Limerick steal it from #Clare 1-21 to 1-19 scoring a goal right near the end to come back and take it. Wonderful entertainment, Limerick face Galway in the final in 2 weeks.

Thankfully #France come through this frustrating game against #Paraguay 1-0. How Paraguay haven't had yellow cards at the very least, never mind sending offs beyond me. Disgraceful refereeing, awful. Just glad Paraguay are now out.

Frustrating 1st half for #France but #Paraquay are working to plan as the half time whistle blows. They've achieved what they wanted 0-0.
