This afternoon I did yoga, listened to meditation music, and called my senators and representatives and Mike Johnson demanding impeachment and removal of the mad man in the White House. Feeling much better.

This is an actual post. This is not funny. This is beyond desperate. This is a deeply unwell man who doesn’t belong anywhere near the levers of power. Every member of his cabinet and Congress is complicit in not demanding his removal now.

The cycling between destructive, anti-protective regulation, robber baron administrations and restorative, more humane ones in the U.S. reminds me of the predator-prey relationship I learned about in grad school. (Ref below) Our survival on this precious earth depends on us breaking that cycle.

May enough humans finally gain the wisdom to protect 🌎.
