There have been plenty of times where I have drawn comic panels of characters talking, only to see there is no dialogue for said panels in the final script, so I have to make up something on the spot, and keep the flow going lol

I’m the same. I love to talk about my characters, or my story in general, because I love my characters, they are real to me. I spent a decade thinking about them, cultivating them with my quirks and my beliefs, and to use ai to general words for them would be a disservice to them, and to the reader.
