/1 COVID and Long-COVID. Every one seems to have different disabilities. For me, among the inability to have more than 30 minutes of exercise a day without paying a severe price over the following 7 days; are increased light sensitivity and the inability to withstand crowds.

So why did I hate it? Because it isn't time travel like the blurbs say. It's somebody who screwed up and couldn't take the heat and lost her mind; was (gaslit?) by her husband and two kids for years. The "redemption" at the end of the book didn't redeem anything. The kids payed the steepest price.

Ran into an interesting nibblet of history. During WWII, the Norwegians used a red cap to show their anti-German stance. The Germans showed the usual oppressor reacting to a threat knee-jerk reaction, banning the red caps and visual depictions of them.
