I've been recently playing with the idea of adding notion like capabilities to Glint, enabling kanban and docs at the very least, allowing teams to run sprints and manage docs internally, planning a trip with your friends or sharing a grocery list.

Pro-tip (or maybe unpopular opinion?): you don't need to have an active following on any social media to have a successful online startup. I have two startups that are doing great yet I was never a social media guy. If it doesn't feel right - don't waste your energy on that.

Public and Unlisted rooms in Glint can be easily shared via our Sidebar now. You can also embed rooms into websites of course. And once we build full browsing capabilities in Glint, content creators will be able to embed the full Glint chat experience into their live streams on Twitch or Youtube.

It's insane how many parents justify hitting their toddler, like even 'just a small tap on the bottom'. I find it hard to believe that people think hitting a kid even once is justified because he hit you or had a tantrum in 2025. I understand people were uneducated back in the day but come on.

Building Glint has reached that challenging phase - powerful enough to be useful, but with so much untapped potential still on the roadmap. I'm wrestling with the idea of ship now for validation or continue enhancing? You rarely get a second chance for a first impression.

This is great and it actually made me think - what if we made a "Made for kids" (similar to what YouTube does) for spaces or rooms in Glint? It's definitely not a huge priority in my list right now and it has to be 100% secure, but it's something I'd very much like to have there.
