picoCAD was a fun but very limited modelling program. It seems like the second one is shaping up like a massive improvement in scope and feature set. Very keen to try it out and do silly things with it.

Today in Ratboi’s Continued Capers in Carbtown: homemade chicken pasta bake. It was very good.

Friends, Mega and I went and watched Iron Lung last night and oh boy do I have things to talk about (but won’t because spoilers). There’s so much to unpack in that movie; I spent all my shift at work thinking about it over and over and piecing things together. What a great film.

Recipe: Coat chicken in spices then bake (I used smoked praprika, cumin and pepper), leaving to rest for a while before shredding. Coat fries in chicken salt then air fry until crispy. Cover fries with BBQ sauce, then add shredded chicken on top, then a ton of cheese. Air fry until cheese is crispy.

My SEGA Dreamcast replacement parts should be arriving today and I’m so excited to have it fully functioning. I bought this console unit only (no cables, controller, VMU) from Japan on a whim whilst I was over there. I’ve slowly been completing and fixing it.

Cooking segment of stream went really well tonight! Grilled Corned Beef burgers were so tasty and some of the best burgers I've had in my life.

Ooof. I would LOVE a Sinden Lightgun for my PC so I can play all the classic gun games without needing to set up a CRT (old lightguns don’t work on modern displays). Problem is; with postage it’s $330AUD (220USD) for one with Rumble and I just straight up can’t justify that, even as a stream thing.

I outdid myself once more. This is best omelette I have ever made and one of (if not THE) best I’ve eaten. Egg, Bacon, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Curry Powder, Worcestershire, mixed Italian Herbs, Paprika, milk. Cheese on top because of course.

Just ordered a new compact-base tripod for the webcam so I can have a more stable and reliable camera mount for the irl cooking/baking streams! Between this and the stand mixer it almost feels like things are getting less scuffed. It’s very nice! Oh also baking stream tonight? O_O

Hehehe I couldn’t resist. We have a stand mixer for the next baking stream! Was a pretty cheap one but it should be more than enough for what I plan on using it for.
