Happy to report that my sweet girl has recovered! After two nights at the hospital (and two bills that make me wish I was brave enough to do OF), she came home with some meds and a scheduled cardiogram. Thank you all for sending her love and spiritual headpats! 🥹💝

Took my Lola to the ER for some rapid labored breathing. Chest x-rays showed fluid in her lungs and a moderately enlarged heart. Vet determined it to be congestive heart failure. Thankfully, her blood panel came back clean and cleared to begin treatment. Pls send her love and positive energy. 🥺

Day 3: First Date 🏁 I took us to breakfast, and he paid ✨️ then we went go-karting. There is also a cool arcade here, and we played a few intense games of air hockey (which i suck at apparently 😅). BUT! At least I won at skeeball! We had an amazing time!~ 💜❤️

Day 2: 💞 It's day 3 today, so I'm late. BUT! I am officially in a relationship 💜❤️

Day 1: Three-year embrace. It was ... emotional. Cathartic. We risked sun damage for it, that's how long it was. Three years of distance after a miscommunicated fallout may not seem like a long time for others. But for the star-crossed ... it's a lifetime.

Needless to say, im canceling streams this weekend. I'm not joking when I said I'm not ready. This house is a mess and they're coming TOMORROW.

I guess it's time i opened up about my health condition: I have PCOS. Diagnosed at 28 (im 36 now), undiagnosed and medically ignored for ten years prior to that. Yes, it is a chronic illness of which there's no cure. Just a lot of symptom management.

Learned something new about meself: the Autumn equinox is not the only equinox during which I have the urge to crochet beautiful things. Spring has joined the foray! Making a long overdue door curtain! This pattern took far too long to show itself.

Stop caring so deeply about what others think in general. Unless you don't mind the cynicism that gets sown from the constant facepalming that society makes you do, it's really not worth the toll on your mental health. We too old for that shit. Live ya life.

Dance classmate quipped about it being all downhill after turning 30, to which I agreed 😅. Tell me how after she said that, we run thru some choreography, and my fucking knee pops 😵 She sees me buckle a bit, asks if I'm okay, and goes "see? Downhill!" 😅 I'm still 23, dammit! (In my head)
