Street Connect are finalists of the 2025 CSJ Awards. 🏠Street Connect support people facing addiction and homelessness with housing, recovery and hope. 📊In 2024/25, they worked with approximately 2,678 individuals across 17 projects (and a pilot), with 8,411 street outreach interventions.

🎯Acts Trust are finalists for this year’s CSJ Awards. 🥫Their Food Poverty Strategy goes beyond emergency aid, focusing on long-term change. 📉In one year they supported 5370 people with emergency food aid. 35% of these were children under the age of 18. #SmallCharityWeek

📣 Cumbria Youth Alliance are finalists for the 2025 CSJ Awards. 💼They equip young people with skills, confidence and pathways into work. 📊49% in their Bridging Horizons programme secured sustained employment — nearly double the national benchmark of 28% .
