I love that we get good health related stats from our wrist these days. Crazy HRV increase after starting meditation in November and definite resting heart rate decrease from starting back at the gym in mid December. I need to get me some better VO2 Max stats here soon too.

I finally did it, I put in my two weeks at work. I’m super excited to have some personal time to focus on the things most important to me, to work on myself and start my next chapter in life. Where I go from here? I have a few solid ideas but mostly just venturing off into the unknown for a bit.

Started going to the gym again for the first time in like a decade. Does nobody shower at the gym anymore?? In the 6 times I’ve been I’ve never seen a single other person use a shower. Is this a post-covid thing?

Today I: Climbed 1000’ up a mountain, explored deep underground into caves, relaxed on the most beautiful reservoir, got to hang out with 700 dogs, walk a few of them with monks, and finally experienced one crazy lightning storm. It’s pretty neat having free time!

The Loy Krathong festival over here is absolutely wild.

Stumbled into an alley where there were just thousands of these meat spirals everywhere, and they’re one of the best things I’ve ever put in my muzzle. + bonus street sushi.
