Very moving hearing the speeches and Ukrainian anthem outside the Russian embassy in London.

Pleased with my will power this morning. Never that appealing to run through muddy puddles but always buzzing afterwards.

Liberal democracy is in serious peril, ironically much more so than during the Cold War, because the threat comes from within. The preservation of our democracy from a descent into the horrors of the 20th century has to be every single politician, journalist & commentator's most urgent task.

If my memory serves me well this was the first time I’ve been to the cinema since the trauma of Han Solo being killed by his son. I had high expectations of ‘a complete unknown’ and it more than lived up to them. All the actors were spot on. Even my non Dylan fan wife really enjoyed it. Brilliant.
