Why are 90% of op-eds scolding liberals for the way they talk about threats to democracy rather than scolding conservatives for threatening democracy

It's telling that the most unrealistic element of Superman for some people isn't the super-powers or that he's an alien from another planet, but the notion that he's a good-hearted, altruistic person who uses his powers to help others simply because he can.
