i let out a dull groan when I see Dnkey shared if only cause he wants his comedy AND his critic cake. And the recipe for both usually has Xenophobia when Japan is concerned. it reminds me of a guy saying ‘FF9 is just a DVD menu’ with his whole chest and getting mad when people called that foolish.

I had a wonderful, friendly (and fully booked!) launch for Border Riding with Argonaut books and @ancientrobotgames.bsky.social. This only happened because they both wanted to help out a small local publishing house. No big chain business has (yet) ordered or stocked the books and games I publish.

If I publicly got outed as having done something like this I think I would walk into traffic lmao
