Xavier Becerra received a $20,000 donation from Prime Healthcare Services on Oct. 26, 2025, and in 2018. As AG, Becerra approved the sale of a nonprofit hospital to FOR PROFIT Prime HCS in 2020. Prime was penalized for government contracts offenses in 2018. Becerra knew of their many violations.

Xavier Becerra received a $39,200 donation from Physician Association of California PAC on Apr 23, 2026. This PAC opposes SB 447 that extends the sunset on provisions that allow for recovery of damages for pain, suffering, and disfigurement in survival actions. FOLLOW THE MONEY.
