Modern AAA games all have a problem: if you don't play them for a while you'll never remember all the controls. I wanted to play again RDR2 and I won't because of how intricate the controls are. I was searching for a feature and I found both a issue that requested it and a PR that implemented it I think these advantages of using an open source engine are overlooked. You can just see by yourself if something has been added, instead than trying to find some info about it #Godot #GodotEngine

I just pushed v0.1.1 with some fixes and changes from player feedback. I changed the level order: the first levels were too difficult. I made the tutorial clearer and I added a visual outline to an enemy in kill range #gamedev #indiedev #pixelgame #godot #solodev leoqb.itch.io/nightcrawler

I'm thinking of adding a red outline to the enemies when they are in backstab range, same way I use a yellow outline for objects. During some playtesting I noticed that players tend to not always understand if they are in range, especially when they are approaching a walking enemy. Wdyt? #gamedev

Reading through #Godot 4.5 changelog, doesn't seems there's any breaking change that would affect my project. Tomorrow I will try to update and see if everything works as expected. BTW another great release. I'm impressed by the amount of stuff you continue to add to the engine @godotengine.org
