Castlevania 4 is not that good, the art style looks muddy and ugly, 70% of the game is it trying to be a graphical showcase of the SNES but you end up with stupid shit like giant chandeliers and stretchy rooms, the 8 directional whip makes sub-weapons completely redundant and makes the game too easy
