Jean-Paul (JP) Marsman is a remarkable Dutch artist. On the one hand, there is his colorful figurative work. On the other hand, there is his tranquil hyperrealistic work. In which the classical craft of 17th century painting techniques forms the monumental and timeless character of his compositions.
