🚨 Almost Hit by a Bus Today 🚨 while crossing at a zebra crossing with my assistance dog, a driver on the 68 bus route continued driving straight towards us without slowing down, despite clearly seeing us. This could have ended very differently. It has been reported to both the police and TfL.

Having the double transport fail late night yesterday was not the one first up the overground decided to not have platform staff at Denmark hill where I need a ramp to get off then the bus ramp decides to break and it was the exact same bus that I reported last week @carolinerussell.bsky.social

How is it that we are now 3 weeks in with no lifts at Waterloo for the underground and also now hearing Liverpool St lifts also been broke for over a week TfL should be hanging there heads in shame at this @carolinerussell.bsky.social @ldntravelwatch.bsky.social @transportforall.org.uk

The Mayor of London released stats showing that Lambeth was 1 of just 5 London boroughs where not a single affordable home was started between April and September 2025. Not one. Everyone deserves a safe, genuinely affordable home – we need to build social homes. We need to elect Greens to do it.

Another day, another broken bus ramp. Route 468 today. The driver confirmed the ramp was faulty. This keeps happening and it is unacceptable. Disabled people deserve equal access to public transport. Complaint to TfL will be made. Video attached. @carolinerussell.bsky.social
