I got really great news today. The Rosa Parks Transit Equity Day pancake breakfast I attended yesterday morning raised double the money so the scholarships will be double the amount that was planned. #FortWayne thanks for showing up.

Following ICE’s deadliest year in two decades, we do not need another massive ICE detention facility. ICE has caused enough harm to our communities.

Today I thought about creating peace out of all the chaos I see.

Indiana has been in the news the past couple of days. Several state senators did the right thing and voted against redistricting. But a lot of senators voted for redistricting.
