Toward the end of this year’s budget town hall series, we had the opportunity to join Ivy Walls for an intimate farm-to-table dinner at Ivy Leaf Farms. Grateful to Ivy and her family for their hospitality and for creating space for such a special night.

Last night we connected with the Oak Forest Area Democrats to discuss their biggest concerns and learn what issues matter most to them. Civic engagement matters. Listening, showing up, and understanding our community’s needs helps build a stronger Houston.

We just want to review some assumptions.
