Indie Bookstore Day is tomorrow! Come support an indie bookstore that: is queer owned, focuses on diverse reads, speaks out against genocide, and is staffed by actual, real people who love books and are not billionaires!

This is a highly important case. If this goes in favor of the parents (and it likely will), it will lead to quiet censorship because it's way too onorous for schools to implement an opt out plan. This will lead to queer books disappearing from classrooms.

Now more than ever, we trans and nonbinary folks are fighting for our right to exist, & it's important that you bring your energy IRL to help us & defend your trans siblings.

Super excited to meet Sarah Gailey! They're the author of Upright Women Wanted, which is one of the two books that inspired our current business model. Gailey was SO supportive of the bookstore, and it was so wonderful to meet them!
