I have been thinking about how to make our genomic data easily accessible to the public, and I am now testing Amazon Web Services. On this server, I have set up JBrowse (a type of genome browser) with datasets from human Polymerase usage sequencing (Pu-seq, Koyanagi et al Nat Commun 2022).

The collaboration with the Taka Nojima lab (Kyushu University) and the Michael Tellier lab (University of Leicester) was published in EMBO Reports! We contributed to this work by analysing the effect of transcription termination defects on DNA replication. link.springer.com/article/10.1...

Our preprint on Pol-η usage during genome replication has been uploaded. It addresses the biased use of Pol-η in the lagging strand and late-replicating regions, which may be correlated with cancer mutagenesis. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
