First draft of the first part of the adventure finally written. I did a lot of rewriting and reworking because some ideas changed halfway through, and life has not helped either. You'll see it with the Alpha release, but the title of this adventure is BIOMECH: Heavy Is The Crown

Hi, realized I never posted here, but I am away from social media for mental health reasons. I have been picking away at BIOMECH (and other projects) while I have been stepping back, however! Truly, BIOMECH is in an alpha release state. Cont.

I have been fighting for my life in these programs to make BIOMECH. Looking to make creating this thing easier, it has been a thorn in my side for quite some time

it is 4 pages. not a great looking 4 pages, but a mostly organized 4 pages to continue forward with

trying to make character sheets is a fun until you run out of space. early thoughts are that it will be 4 pages total: Character info, Pilot stats, BIOMECH stats, and BIOMECH weapons. either way, the goal is to make these easier to navigate and read. This is of course a rough draft for the alpha.

ok so the idea has taken a firm hold of my brain. Great news though; it is reinvigorating my desire to work on BIOMECH as well! Taking a step back for a small side project is healthy, wouldn't you know it?

Not dead, promise! BIOMECH comes first, but this idea was jamming up my brain so it had to at least be started. Thread if you are interested, but otherwise expect a BIOMECH update soonish!

Still working on this, just been real busy (birthday, people visiting, all that.) Also I started re-writing the mission and story. Decided to follow something else that made a bit more sense

Halfway done with writing the alpha mission! Certainly a new challenge, writing something for someone else to tell the story. Once that is done, it is more testing and tweaking, and then we'll have an alpha release after editing!

I know the writing updates are not as cool as the art ones were, but while waiting to test I started actually working on the test mission and writing more than some notes only I know. This is planned to release alongside the full alpha release, and expand to a full adventure for the full release!

HI! Been a minute, been real busy with life. Great news, there has still been lots of progress despite it all! V0.5.2 was tested, and v0.5.3 is mostly complete! I'll tell ya what is complete though... The cover art!

v0.5.2 is nearly ready to test! Improvised Weapons, Hardpoints for modifications, grenade rules, weapon tweaks, new statuses and attributes, and more! Got some WIPs for the cover art as well, you get to see them when it's done though. It's mainly polish for the alpha release from here on out

Tested v0.5.1 Overall, this is the smoothest it has run. Had some hiccups with mostly new additions, such as grenades. Pilot combat needs a little more love, but only just. Truly, most of the notes are just small weapon tweaks, Biggest thing is changing up some language, tbh.

Forgot to write here. V0.5.1 is finished, and I'm getting a test together with the test group. Big thing was some terrain rules, cover rules, more usable items, surprise rounds, and some tweaks to grappling. Tons of tweaks. Got to test V0.5 Due to changes in how difficulty worked, there was a LOT that changed, and the next thing on the list is to rewrite the few things I missed in the transfer (small little things, numbers mostly) The grappling rules work well, but there are some clarifications that are needed.
