tried making nova and elf in the new blue protocol. nova looks... peeled and sauceless but i'll probably play her if i have the motivation to play more. elf is also this. she can't be an elf here so what's the point!!!!

messing with elf styles today. i notice a lot of players go all in with color schemes that match their character so i've been trying to focus on one for elf. the blues and whites are nice for her, so i'm trying to collect a bunch of dark blue dye, but she also does pink/white very well too...

went to get kaiten sushi and they were having a hoyo collab event. i don’t really play any of those anymore but i did need a water bottle. and they were selling gacha character water bottles. so now i have a sleepy girl water bottle. the honkai plushie raffle also seemed cute but they were sold out…

every so often i'll look back on my collective of Little Guys from The MMO and wonder how in the world i had the time or energy to level and run around with so many of them back then.

digging through some 2020s vs some 2025s... i don't really think a whole lot has changed aside from the thinner lines i used to use. i'd like to spend more time practicing and improving so i can make better things... getting the energy is the hardest part these days.

tried a different neapolitan pizza place in town today… this one was a margherita with extra buffalo mozzarella. i think i still like my usual neapolitan pizza place better but this one is a close second… the sauce here was especially good

i finally finished up with the hitman 1 missions… i was so bad at the colorado one!!! hokkaido probably would have been a disaster for me too if i hadn’t realized you can just charm the hospital director into the bathroom with some coins. but it was quite fun figuring it all out!! great clown’s game

cooldown sketch... it's hiroyuki sakai. i've been playing episodes of iron chef japan on and off in the background these past few weeks. one episode had sakai tenderly peeling an eggplant with his grandpa glasses on and it was oddly nostalgic... like watching my grandma cook when i was a little kid.

messing with garageband again... the lack of good orchestral-style instruments is still bugging me so i've been trying to work with loops and samples instead. it's kind of helping me figure out better ways to build songs when i make them from scratch.

wandered over to a place that i’d heard had all you can eat sukiyaki, but not only did they have that, they also had an all you can eat hotpot and an option for this…hot pot/yakiniku grill thing??? it seemed kind of neat so i tried it. i ate too many veggies and grilled meats and now i am sleepy.

for the legendia stream, they DID mention having a bunch of stories related to the mainland that they wanted to tell, and while they DID hint in that direction during the live performance...i'm going to be ready to put on the clown makeup next direct when they announce abyss for the next remaster

the tales of legendia 20th anniversary event is happening this afternoon so i got a ticket to watch the stream... happy 20th to my favorite beautiful trainwreck of an rpg with the best soundtrack in the tales series, and to these two idiots especially.
