I've made some really significant strides with modelling, and I'm excited by where it's going. But I'm crippled by the anxiety of "what if it's not good enough after all this time". Creating is hard. Learning something new is... so scary sometimes.

Steel was a fun villain for the first arc of the campaign. I wanted to do something different with him. Making a villain out of a class that's typically super good-aligned was really fun. And scary! He brought up good points, even if those points were about how you deserved to be his breakfast.

I felt like doodling the BBEG of the first chapter of my DND campaign getting the best of the players. Steel's a druid fox and he was all about a return to the Old Ways, running free in the wild.... free of rules... money... And those pesky laws that protect prey. CW: Vore

It's my BIRTHDAY :)

One of the things that really motivates me with 3D is the idea of helping others. I'm so excited to show off complex rigs setups, but also ways to simplify and reduce them to get most of the needed functionality without overwhelming the animator.

Made some really good progress with Retopology today!! I feel like I'm really good at it, and have a lot to share with other people!! I want to help others learn too. <3

Using a combination of glitches in Super Mario World, Yoshi can be taken into the final battle, where he can eat Peach upon Bowser's defeat. With Peach gone, the ending will not play, and Mario and Yoshi will simply stare at each other forever.

My job got delayed again... I've got almost 300 hours banked, just waiting for it to officially start before I actually get paid. Soon, soon, they always say. It's been over a year.

So for today's update, I wanted to move all my stuff from ZBrush and Maya into Blender But all the programs have different scalings and orientations... I didn't change anything, this is what happened when everything was imported:

For my new year's resolution... I think I'd like to have something new to post every day. Drawings, 3D modelling, just stuff I'm learning... I think being able to share so many of the things I've been working on would make me really happy. <3

I played Archipelago with my friends! So far my experience has been: "Hey, I got you this paperclip, is that useful?" "Yes. Now I can meet God."

I got the flu a couple days ago, I've had a fever ever since. I haven't been this sick in a long long time. I keep having fever dreams and they're scary.

Life has been pretty hard. I don't mean to make excuses, I mean, I guess I kinda do. But I want to do better. Thanks to everyone who has supported me all this time. It means the world to me. I have a really cool idea for the next chapter of my art. Soon.
