My favorite podcast 2025 is without a doubt Remember Shuffle: a genuinely delightful podcast that analyzes 2000's pop-culture and politics. Almost every episode has me laughing out loud. Thanks, @remembershufffle.bsky.social for some quality entertainment during the graveyard shifts with my 1 y/o.

I can't remember the last time I had a casual conversation with a friend or family member about a movie or TV show we had both watched independently. No one watches the same stuff anymore. Any semblance of "pop culture" have completely dissolved ever since Game of Thrones fell apart.

Alright, time for Volume 2! It's 20 comics long and I'll try posting these twice a week on here.

I still remember the first time I first saw a grainy 360p Limewire-rip of the "Feel Good Inc" video at my friend's house and instantly fell in love. It's one of those early cultural experiences that really took root with me. This comic would probably not have existed had I not seen that video.

My friend told me his his 5 year old is a huge Gorillaz fan and honestly that made me pretty hopeful for the future of art.

I'm not very active here on bluesky because I have a six month old at home trying to eat my beard every chance he gets, but I hope to start posting Volume 2 of my comic soon enough. Might be a while before Vol. 3, but I really am working on it, just not updating a lot right now.

The worst part about writing a long-form comic is that whenever I finish the script outline for a volume, I realize it will take close to two and a half years to do all the artwork. And I'm not a very industrious person. I like hammocks and daffodills.
