My favorite entrance in wrestling today, I tell you what.

Sam Darnold winning a Super Bowl before any other QB in his draft class, is simply insane on so many levels to me. I maintain he's one of the best QBs to come out of USC this side of Palmer and Leinart, behind Palmer but ahead of Leinart. Only the 2nd QB to win 14 in back to back seasons.

Unless I'm mistaken and I don't think I am... Only 2 QBs in my lifetime have made it back to the Super Bowl after losing that first one. Only Elway actually won it and it took him eating 3 losses in the 80s to the NFC at its peak before he finally broke through in the 90s. Seattle's got it back.

Milwaukee is probably going to need to come down on their price tag for Giannis. He didn't move today but it is going to happen, or it needs to soonish. He isn't getting back to the Finals in Milwaukee and we all know it.

So we're either heading for a rematch with MJF and Page one year from their Revolution match last year or Andrade will attempt to punch his ticket to Revolution for a shot at MJF and the Triple B. Oh and MJF can't look too far ahead, cause if Brody wins tonight, he has to defend next weekend. #AEW

Mike Tomlin leaving the Steelers is a stunner yet sadly, not shocking to me. I think he saw the writing on the wall and he's tired. I get it. 19 years without ever having a losing season is the kind of stability that eludes most if not all in the NFL. Injuries can sink a season but not Tomlin.

That more or less ended how I figured it would. Relying on Rodgers was always going to end in disappointment, yet there are those who bought the bill of goods. The Steelers are probably closer to retaking the AFC than most realize, but they have to figure out the QB position once and for all.

Three words. Old. Yeller. Special. This is not going well for Rodgers AT ALL and he looks well, old against a defense that is anything but that right now.

Aaron Rodgers has been immunized from winning in the playoffs for some time now, yet folks keep letting the hype blind them to this hard fact. The Steelers have done well enough to win this game, yet they're not cause the offense isn't holding up its end of things. 11 points, may as well be 31.

Pittsburgh having 2 turnovers and only 3 points to show for it, is legitimately bonkers. This Houston defense is the kind of problem that every team hopes to have, cause this is what can win you championships. The Steelers aside from faint glimpses here and there, have looked stagnant offensively.

I'm legitimately torn with this playoff game, cause on one hand, I'm reasonably certain the Texans will win it. On the other hand, I'm really not trying to hear the discourse with Tomlin resume if this losing streak in the playoffs extends. Sadly this means QAaron has to do the heavy lifting.

1986. 2002. 2026??? These are the years where The University of Miami (FL) have played at the Fiesta Bowl and come out on the losing end of things either with the National Title on the line or a trip to the title game at stake. Very few venues have haunted a school quite like this one.

It's truly sad to me as a gamer that right now, there are no objectively great sports games to play on the PS5. It's arguable that there are any GOOD ones, just a ton of tolerable ones. I finally loaded up Madden 21 (which is the last one I bought and is the last one I will buy moving forward)

Didn't shed a tear until Naito's music hit. I didn't expect that match to be as great as it was but I'm glad it was what it was. I am hard pressed to think of many who will get to retire with a match that objectively, subjectively great. I get why this ended WK, even if I don't agree with it.

Something that didn't click with me in the moment but did on the replay, Okada threw away the screwdriver cause he didn't want to see Kyle again. Okada did that mostly out of self preservation and while he didn't get Kyle, he failed to account for the worst alternative in Moxley, who did beat him.

Soooo...Mox didn't lose all his C2 matches as some thought. He won the whole damn thing. Mox didn't get stomped out of his own group as some thought. They follow him for a reason, folks. You can lose a match, not the room. He hasn't lost the room. #AEWWorldsEnd

All these years, I can't recall a wrestling event where fans have let loose a 'Green Bay Sucks' chant at multiple points throughout the night. Meanwhile, Okada knows Mox is walking wounded with that ankle being as busted as it is. All the same, it would behoove Okada not to underestimate him.

It feels fitting that days before Worlds End, I'm rewatching the face to face MJF had with Page that in a lot of ways... Is why MJF chose to execute his contract for this Saturday. Cause Max is right about Page and he is right about all of his Arsonist enabling fans being hypocrites.

I went to sleep just before the main event and woke up to watch Countdown to Worlds End. I love how they basically gave us MJF's final words following his loss to Mark Briscoe as a bridge to what we saw on Dynamite. We now have the main event and a likely last minute entrant for the MOTY Ledger.

The last two winners of the NBA Cup have not made it out of the first round of the actual playoffs. OKC actually won it all and they lost last season's NBA Cup Final to the Bucks. (So if you're a Spurs fan, you're hopeful this is a positive omen.)

"I don't care what anyone says, I like that movie." Yes, I really liked this movie. I know most didn't like this, but I liked this movie and thought they played off each other well. Solid villain work across the board and yeah, I would've been there for a sequel if they did it.

I'm rewatching Dark Stocking Stuffer from last night and it's worth correcting The Man In The Mask regarding the Mox/Roddy C2 match. Mox presently sits at 3 and has losses to both Claudio and Takeshita. He MUST WIN today to have a realistic shot of moving on. A tie all but eliminates him.

Swerve and Arson Page out here hanging folks with chains. A year ago, Joe was fortunate that they couldn't stand each other. He's not that fortunate now. Now, he has them both in lock step with each other against him. Joe may have bamboozled Page and everyone else, it's fixing to get NASTY.

OH. SHIT. Kyle's definitely in a mood after what went down Saturday with him losing the TNT Title to Mark Briscoe. Okada's not likely to have forgotten his encounter with Kyle a year ago which saw it end with Kyle kicking Okada in the nuts to procure a win. What a way to open. #AEWDynamite

Takeshita v. PAC and Moxley v. Okada are the matchups I think we're getting for Worlds End. Okada v. Takeshita feels near inevitable at this point.

Now that we got Continental Classic announcements out the way, here's what I'm predicting... Takeshita and Mox make it out of the Blue League. Okada and PAC make it out of the Gold League Okada beats Mox, Takeshita beats PAC and in the final, Takeshita proves he's better than Okada. #AEW

WHOSE HOUSE?! SWERVE IS BACK. JOE HAS REGAINED THE AEW WORLD TITLE AND HOOK IS BACK WITH THE OPPS. Eddie's probably not gonna be too pleased to see what has happened with Hook and he may be even less so if Claudio does what he warned Mox about some years back. #AEWFullGear
