I can’t take anyone seriously who mocks people for being upset about the TikTok ban in the U.S., especially with comments like "guess they’ll have to get a real job now." A lot of creators on that platform are disabled and face barriers to traditional employment—TikTok is their livelihood.

Ya'll, the Grok update is actually SIGNIFICANTLY worse than just summarizing your Twitter account. My twitter account is locked and private, but I typed in "Summary of @TierganVashir" into Grok and it found info on me from 25 other websites including Tumblr.

I've seen a lot of disabled folks in the replies who are trying to justify their survival by offering up what they can contribute. It's not necessarily a bad thing. Humans are social, and most of us WANT to do things that help each other. But we don't measure human life by usefulness.

There are gonna be disabled folks who can't contribute anything to The Cause. They have no money, no energy, no physical ability, no time. They will need to receive and will never be able to give back. You gotta save them, too. Especially them.
