My kid got sent home from daycare today so we decorated our Christmas tree together. Didn't expect to enjoy it this much as it always felt like a chore when I was a kid. Now I have pretty lights to stare at as I enjoy the time after bedtime.

My kid kept saying "picky-axe" instead of pickaxe. So I tried to teach him how to pronounce it. It backfired and now he says "picky ass"
