Pues esperemos q los sindicatos fuera de España sean más decentes q dentro. Me extrañaría q en otro país los sindicatos NO apoyen a sus trabajadores públicos y hagan interpretaciones SONROJANTES de sentencias del TJUE. Pero no tengo ni idea. Es posible. SUMAR debería estar con los trabajadores.

Y porqué entonces reduces tu concepto de sindicalismo a CCOO y UGT ??? Desde la Unión Sindical Contra la Temporalidad en el Empleo Público te hemos solicitado innumerables veces innumerables reuniones, y por supuesto, nada de nada. Representamos a cientos de miles de trabajador@s, no lo olvides. 🆘

Con los sucesivos gobiernos de PP y PSOE, y con la colaboración forzosa pero no forzada de CCOO-UGT-CSIF se ha alcanzado a día de hoy la cifra de 800.000 personas abusadas de temporalidad en las administraciones públicas españolas, que siguen sin trasponer la obligatoria Directiva Europea 1999/70/CE

A día de hoy el Gobierno español del que eres Vicepresidenta y Ministra de Trabajo incumple la legalidad europea en ésta materia y prevarica dejando y casi celebrando que los jueces españoles no apliquen las sentencias del TJUE en ésta materia y en otras, al nivel de la Hungría de Orban. 🆘🇪🇺🆘🇪🇺🆘

Enforce the laws, directives, and CJEU court rulings, as they have no intention of doing so by telling you what you want to hear. Meet with affected associations, as you did some time ago, and then you'll know the truth.

However, that doesn't seem to matter, and I don't have to prove it when they rehire me, amply demonstrating that I'm qualified for the job, as their actions confirm.

During this time, I've also been the secretary of my school, a teacher trainer, and a coordinator of programs funded by next-generation funds like PROA+, and yet, every two years at most, I have to take an exam to prove my worth.

I've been working temporary contracts for 12 years, occupying a teaching position due to the non-application of Directive 1999/70.
