Today I hit my first weight loss goal of getting under 100kg for the first time in... I'm not sure how long actually but I think it's 15+ years. Not done yet 🙂

Circus of Rock's new album Hellfire is out today. I wrote 3 songs for this record featuring the incredible Mark Boals on vocals 🤘 You can tell a keyboardist wrote those songs because they feature keyboards the least 🤣 Anyway, album links in replies
