The 2024 election was not about Kamala Harris. It was about who we are as a country. Who we are as human beings. Last years election proved we have pretty shitty people & voters in this country who will happily subject the rest of us to life threatening situations.

Seeing Kamala Harris constantly be scapegoated because of the racist decisions white people on the right and left make is not only irritating it’s inaccurate. Take some responsibility white people. White people are why Democrats lose.

I personally feel white leftists and white liberals are highly guilty of making the 2024 election about Biden or Harris. It was never about them. It could have been a mop and broom on the ticket and that combo would have better than Trump and Vance. That’s what it was about.

I get Kamala Harris has released a book. But the 2024 election was not about her. It is not her fault many of you couldn’t look beyond your ridiculous accusations in order to understand how dangerous Republicans are for the citizens of this country. That’s not her fault.

They keep deflecting to her because the current moment is holding up a mirror and they DESPERATELY want to refrain from looking at themselves.

So many people have made last years election about Kamala Harris. Personally I don’t think people who can’t see beyond the candidate to understand the perilous situation we were in should have much to say. Last years election was not about Kamala Harris or Biden. It was about WHO we are.

White peoples are why Democrats lose. It’s true.

While white people have made literally, everything, every process, every system, organization, every company, nearly every GD thing – they have made about race! The pot calling the kettle black!

White people will always come to your posts when it’s not for them because they’re taught to be self centered individuals. The mere thought of Kamala Harris not writing a book to appease white people upsets them.

White people have been taught to center themselves. Even if they are liberal and there’s a lot of them particularly on this app who prefer to see Kamala Harris as making a mistake rather than refusing to accept you’re not her audience.

Harris wrote a book that’s going to be read and understood by other Black women and we shouldn’t expect white people to be happy with anythingshe says going forth. Because it’s easy to criticize a Black woman when you don’t know any or lived as one.

White people have unaddressed biases about Black people In this country. That includes those who are conservative and those who fancy themselves liberal. Harris being targeted in her role is unsurprising and was glaringly obvious within the first 100 days of Biden’s admin.

So of course they’re upset at this book. Harris is not writing for them. She’s writing for other Black women in leadership.

Harris should absolutely be exhibiting hostility towards what took place. Her lived experience is the only truth she has. Something white people on the right or left will never understand it if they don’t take the time to do the work. Her recorded experience is needed for the next Black woman.

Kamala Harris took on a role she should have known she was going to be targeted for. Because she’s Black she should have been well aware of the biases white people were going to have around her once she was placed in the room. She’s now choosing to expose them for who they are. Rightly so.

Another thing is plenty of white leftists or liberals whatever have unaddressed biases concerning Black people. And more specifically Black women. And it’s entirely because some Black women & people have chosen to exclude white people from our spaces.

I don’t agree with the anti-Jewish agenda that’s been on full display since Gaza has become yet another issue again. Pretending that it’s not going on is also lazy to me. We all see it. It’s anti-Semitic. And it’s getting blamed on us Black people for not going along with it.

So if you think U.S. leaders should support terrorists rather than support Jewish people you’re obviously confused about the ramifications of doing so. Harris doesn’t have to publicly support terrorists and nor should she. How quick we forgot 9/11.

The political position of the United States is something that rarely is discussed. Because they don’t think about it in those terms. The United States has plenty of positions that elected leaders won’t ever address adequately because who wants to go down a path of war?

Learn how to separate your own hatred from political leaders who you expect to run from political positions the country has held for decades. Those are 2 separate things. There are ongoing issues that political leaders will not touch based on the history of the country.

Reminder there are people who are running the country currently. There is an actual political party in charge. The administration that’s in charge are Republicans. They control all three branches of government. Executive, judicial & legislative. All THREE.

Leaders sometimes take on positions you don’t agree with all the time. But expecting them to become anti-Jewish the next morning is absolutely preposterous. Harris never had to turn on that switch to support a terrorist sympathizers. Doesn’t work like that. Protesting her over it is lazy.

Obviously attending Kamala Harris events to protest her is backward ass behavior because she doesn’t hold any power to speak of. She doesn’t have to support a terrorists either.

Kamala Harris didn’t have to give credibility to terrorists during her time as VP. That’s why they keep disrupting her events. They’re upset she didn’t fall into the trap of being anti-Semitic or supporting a terrorist organization.

Folks who aren’t ready to hear this will have the hardest time with this.

Anyways I just need folks to take accountability and have a bit more professionalism. If you failed to inform me of something take responsibility of that. If you feel you’re owed an explanation why is that? I’m done being your villain.

Before I left that previous place of employment I was deeply unsupported but since I’ve been at this new place I have to let those feelings go and you know what? I’m working on it I go in, do my job, I leave. I don’t have to explain every detail of my day to anyone who wants to know. Period.

I’ve been the villain in everyone’s story for so long that today I think I’ve had enough. Folks are going to start taking responsibility for their actions around here. Not just on this app but I’m referring to real life. I also need to feel supported & if I don’t then there will be problems.

This app really shows you how much white supremacy has made white people feel comfortable.
