Nur wenige Frauen in den Vorständen von Dax-Unternehmen sind Mütter. Dabei vermitteln Medien häufig ein anderes Bild. Die Fokussierung auf Vereinbarkeitsthemen schadet vielen Frauen mehr, als es ihnen nutzt.

During my PhD journey at DIW Berlin I have built a web scraping tool to automate the data collection of the yearly DIW women executive barometer and created a panel from previous waves. This data on women's representation on company boards in Germany has been published today.
