im painfully jealous of anyone who lives in easily accessible areas with a decent amount of entertainment and attractions. looked for some halloween themed events nearby and the closest one is a 5h drive away

one thing that has rally helped my adhd is telling myself to do "just one thing". to only do the first step, nothing else. the dishes need doing. i cant get started. but if i tell myself "wash just one glass, its better than nothing" its easier to start. that mental weight is gone.
