Really enjoyed #AEWDynamite tonight - had a lot of fun stuff and a few great matches. I’m also exhausted and half asleep but this is my life and I will live it as well as I can.

I’m watching #Borat for the first time in forever, and jeez I forgot how utterly ruthless it is.

There’s a lot of stuff I didn’t enjoy in this season of #StrangerThings (why cast Linda Hamilton if she’s not going to say/do anything?), but ultimately I found the ending very moving & satisfying. Also, they will absolutely reboot that sucker in the next 10 years when other projects don’t work. 🤷🏻

This season of #StrangerThings is jarring in how much I really like about half of it, but also how much I really cannot stand the other half (the unnecessary military as a secondary villain subplot, the inclusion of the awful failed spinoff from season 2). Shame they couldn’t self edit better…

I enjoyed #AEWWorldsEnd because I didn’t think about my aching face for the better part of four hours. Middle tier show for AEW, elevated by own personal pain.

Absolutely loved this detail in the last match.

“Cousin Planet” from #SNL last night was fun for a lot of reasons, but maybe the most interesting one was how clearly it tapped into nostalgia for The Lonely Island era digital shorts. Definitely an era to take influence from, even if it makes me feel 100 years old.

Just finished the newest batch of #StrangerThings episodes. In hindsight, knowing how big of 80s nerds the Duffer brothers are, we should have always known this would end up as another riff on The X-Men? (Mostly enjoyed the episodes!)
