As I’ve been using it for a bit now, I think if you want to experience FFXIV in its most Spaghetti Code the NG+ feature is that. there are a lot of restrictions in NG+, some makes more sense than others.

and that is 3.0 done I think upon entering the last zone the story is kinda meh. Partly due to Azys Lla kinda sucks in general, you didn't really do much there and this bit felt more about hanging threads to pull later in the MSQ/Side content than resolving much beyond defeating Thordan. #AC_NG+

I find it curious that Regula van Hydrus has a custom two handed sword stance but also uses animations from Dark Knight skills. Get the feeling it's the early iteration of the DRK animation they made before deciding a different one #AC_NG+

I have forgotten that Alphinaud all the way till Stormblood patches is having his own sidequest mostly told via optional dialogue on trying to improve his carby. Which I guess answer why he has an onyx one and we don’t. #AC_NG+

I understand why they chose to have inanimate rocks as replacement in Chocobokeeps in certain places like the Churning Mist. But consider, a dragonet with a chocobo mask.
