NHK 総合 時論公論「〝私立大学4割削減？〟 大学の未来は」観了。以下私の意見。日本は資源小国。国の盛衰は人材に拠る所が大きい。理由を付けて大学を減らす事が人材育成に寄与するとは思えない。予算の使い方に偏りがあり今より教育に厚く割り当てる必要があるだろう。 www.web.nhk/tv/pl/series...

A reflection on the Social Welfare Councils (Shakyo) in Japan. They're as useless as a financial institution, lending you an umbrella on a sunny day and taking it back on a rainy day. I will omit the details of how I arrived at this conclusion.
