Niche post, while reading ICJ oral submissions: no one, not even the US counsel, seems to mention the 'rules based international order' before the ICJ. It's 'international law' all down the line. Make of *that* what you will.

While the Australian government has frequently helped its citizens flee crises overseas, it is not legally obligated to do so. And repatriating citizens is complex.
