I should finish Metal Eden today and I think I’m shelving Hell is Us for now. So until Yotei, I’ll be playing this. Never played one but I’ve heard nothing but great things and this remake is apparently a perfect starting spot for the franchise.

I can finally say I finished a version of MGS3. Happy I did. Loved the characters and that ending will def be memorable but man, those controls and mechanics feel archaic, even in the remake. I can see why people who played it back in the day love it.

If you’re looking for another game similar to the newer DOOM games, Metal Eden def scratches that itch. Been pretty cool so far.

Finished Shinobi Art of Vengeance. One of the best action platforming games I’ve ever played. Now I’m really excited for the other reboots @SEGA has coming. Great work @lizardcube

I really like Silksong

Yeeeeah so far I believe the hype. Silksong is pretty damn rad.

Here is a nice little rosary bead farm you can do in the early game. Can get 500 bears in a few minutes. I think I really like Silksong. It’s got its hooks in me for sure!

Went to the Deftones and System of a Down show the other night. Easily one of the top 3 shows I’ve ever been to. I didn’t take too many pics(that’s my wife’s thing) but here’s a taste. Also big shout out to my wife for picking up tickets the day of!! Videos in replies.

We’re all loving Shinobi and I think MGS3 will finally get its hooks in me

Everyone’s playing HD2 and Gears and I’m over here playing one of the best action platformers ever made.

Credits on Sword of the Sea. I think I like Journey a tad more only because of the awesome way it did coop but this was still fantastic. Def worth a play and can knock it out in one sitting.

Credits on Echoes of the End. Def not without its flaws but I really enjoyed it and I hope @MyrkurGames gets an opportunity for a sequel with a bigger budget. The relationship progression between Ryn and Aurick was very well done and we need more of these characters.

I’m liking Echoes of the End a lot more than I expected to. Also it’s alway fun to give away a copy of one of our most anticipated games!

Added the new additions to my game section of my nerd cabinet(VEGA and DOOM Slayer) also moved Alloy to the top shelf with the Tallneck

Possibly against my better judgement I took a gamble on Echoes of the End. It def feels like a B tier game and can feel clunky and floaty at times but I’m still having fun with it. Also seen some glitches pretty early. Sometimes I just need a game like this lol

Credits on Mafia The Old Country. Didn’t do anything really that is above average regarding gameplay and it’s def a slow moving game but the story and characters make up for it.

We have next week off and I’ll have a lot of down time. I need to figure out which one of these long ass games to finally really start. Recommendations on which one are welcome!

Ninja Gaiden Ragebound and Shinobi Art of Vengence demo dropped today. I’m beyond ecstatic! The combat in Shinobi feels amazing! NGR isn’t up in the store yet though.

I fought this dude for well over and hour, finally looked up a build guide, still had some trouble and then found a slightly different build guide with just some minor changes and it melted the fool! I’m so bad at my own builds, I’ll always need a guide of some sort lol

Credits on Death Stranding 2. That was a great video game. Although some story aspects were very predictable, the execution was awesome. Also not worries about the screenshot attached. It’s not a spoiler, just a pic I took from early in the game.

Love when playing Death Stranding 2(and the 1st) when I’m just chillin, delivering packages to open up new equipment and building roads and structures for my fellow Porters. This is my cozy game when I’m doing these things.

Picked this guy up a week ago and it’s quickly made my Switch 2 my go to for fighting games. It being wireless is so damn convenient. Had to double dip on the games but worth it!

The Decima engine is still one of the best in the business. Captured screenshots don’t do it justice on how photorealistic the game looks. I’m playing on a base PS5 in performance mode.

Started Tears of the Kingdom from the beginning on Switch 2 tonight and daaamn does it look and run incredibly well on it. It almost feels like a new game. Also immediately reminded me of how great the game is.
