Had a great 5a workout this morning!

No hate, just using this comment as a point. Showing off muscles and being proud of them is not indicative of being a himbo. There is more to it than that, and the biggest offender to me is people automatically calling me dumb/forcing their idea that I want to lose my intelligence.

I hate that I automatically get assumed to be a himbo just because I have muscles. I don’t have anything in my profile stating as such. And this is nothing against himbos at all, love ya, I just don’t identify with it so it rubs me the wrong way when people assume and talk to me as such.

The last month In wasn’t the greatest with cardio or following my meal plan but spent this past week making sure I did all my cardio and feeling great about my progress. Went from 270 down to 262.5, mostly water weight and got my fiber intake back up so I am not expecting a huge drop again next week
