Kawthar has many unique photos and documentation of the medical issues and sent me a photo holding her Palestinian ID. Kawthar’s disease is a gland deficiency that if she doesn’t treat correctly can lead to paralysis but the medicine for it is expensive in Gaza. Her husband also needs surgery.
